Disneyland is by far one of my most favorite places to go. I love the hype of being there, the rides in all their variety, the food, the pure joy when you're there and even all the characters that run around. I love that Dave and I can have some real fun AT THE SAME TIME the boys are.
We were lucky enough to be able to go to Disneyland for a couple days while my sister, Mackenzie, was performing for dance (she's awesome by the way :)
My parents were there, along with my sister, and dave's sister Katie was there with her family because her kids perform with kenze. We had an AMAZING time!! I don't think I can stress amazing enough. We got a hotel right across the street from the opening gates of the Disney Parks (Tropicanna Inn) and it was the best experience. I love that we could go on a couple rides and go back home for food, nap, swimming, ANYTHING, then hope right back into the park.
My parents took the boys for half of a day while Dave, Me and Kenze ran the park and when I say run, we ran. Our legs were burning the next day! A HUGE thanks to my parents who were amazing enough to go on a ton of rides with the boys, sit in our hotel room at night, dad helping in the morning with my munchkin kaybay, mom changing the blow out :), and overall having the most fabulous time ever with us, we love you!!!
Some highlights of the trip: Going on half of the rides in Disneyland at night in only 3 hours (all because of running), Kayden's expression when he went on his first ride (monsters inc, CA Adventures) "ADAIN!!", Mackenzie "GRAAPPES", Meeting Handy Manny, all the funny pictures on the rides, A small world, tower of terror (Dave and Kenze), RUNNING, the face off between the wicked queen and Kenze, and most of all our family being together for a nice little break!
